Course Description

Seeds give life to plants. This provides evidence that energy of huge power is present in them in a latent form. Constant exchange of this latent energy with the environment takes place through the mechanism of energy respiration, owing to which the seed, as a source of life, can improve health of other living organisms.S

The method of seed therapy was firstly presented in 1988 by the founder of Sujok Therapy, Prof Park Jae Woo.

This method of health regulation, natural and quite simple in uses gives remarkable results in practice. Positive changes in illness take place on application of seeds to painful points of the body. Effectiveness of this treatment is caused by the biological waves, radiated during the vital activity of seeds, which stimulate the active points, fill them with the energy of life and at the same time absorb their pathogenic energy.

Application of Seed Therapy is based on Sujok Therapy, where it tells you where to apply seeds. Sujok Therapy tells us that miniature projections of the human body are located on the hands and feet. So seed therapy can be carried out for influencing not only the affected parts of the body but also these points on the hands and feet (called the correspondence points (areas). The method is very efficient. Its application often has a stronger and quicker effect, that using the local points alone can be got. So first we will study Sujok Therapy as it explains the various correspondence points as per Standard Correspondence System, Insect Correspondence System and Mini Correspondence Systems. This will enable us to locate the points where the seeds are to be applied.

Seeds of various plants differ in their properties, each of them having its distintctive features. So, when selecting seeds, along with the colour and shape of the seed, the properties of plants which grow from them should also be taken into account. If one succeeds in selecting the most suitable seed for application, it will make the result more manifest.
